Sea Front Villa

Marina Vista can be found amidst a green paradise whereby guests can enjoy private and carefree holidays. The house itself is built on the sea front with uninterupted sea views, there are two beaches within a few minutes walk of the villa. A luxury residence surrounded by well groomed lawns, palm, cypress and eucalyptus trees, providing a welcoming shade to the summer heat. There is a large swimming pool with pool side stone gazebo, accompanied by a circular dining table can offer good morning shade for breakfast and ideal evening meals. The front terrace is the idea place for evening drinks and dinner looking out at the bay. The local friendly village Gouvia has good Taverna's and shops within walking distance.

The Main House

Four of the seven bedrooms are within the main house, three doubles and one single all en suite. The space allows its guests to roam in its spacious, luxurious gardens and stylish rooms, feeling the breeze of the sea everywhere. Unhindered views of Gouvia Bay, Gouvia Marina, the mainland and even Corfu Town on the horizon.
The Cottage
The Cottage House is made up of a double bedroom an open space living room with kitchen, a bathroom and a small sitting terrace. It is accessed by small stairs off the front terrace.
The Room With A View
The room with a view is made up of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It is accessed by a spiral staircase of the main terrace and benefits from its own spacious private terrace. Not suitable for young children
The Garden Bedroom
The garden bedroom is made up of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It is accessed by small stairs off the main terrace.
The Games Room
A great space to bring in one of the many private trainers available, yoga, martial arts, pilates. Also available: Table tennis table, Boxing bar and gloves, Running machine and Mini power plate.
